Users complained about having trouble accessing videos and photos
Twitter's service has been down all over the world, and users have been complaining a lot.
Thousands of Twitter users may have experienced issues as a result of the service's sudden global downtime, according to reports. After that, hundreds of people voiced their dissatisfaction with the functionality of Twitter.

The report says that Twitter users are having trouble clicking on links to other websites and that many of them are getting errors like "code 467" on the site.
